Palazzo Strozzi is one of the astonishing masterpieces of Renaissance architecture. It is one of the most significant structures of Florence, Italy and is a popular tourist attraction. The Simone del Pollaiolo who is also known as Cronacas completed the construction of the palace. Giuliano constructed an enormous but elegant fortress of rusticated stone which hosts great art exhibitions. The palace features two separate exhibition spaces – the Strozzina in the basement and the main space with café, library and administrative offices.

The ancient building of the palace has amazing lanterns which decorate all corners of the hall in a twisted iron design. The design of the palace is articulated in three different types in its three floors and every floor is marked by a prominent full width stringcourse. The ground floor is rusticated; the middle floor consisting of large blocks of stone and the top floor is smooth.

Every year, Palazzo Strozzi hosts three main exhibitions. The palace is open for full year featuring a café, bar and the permanent exhibition of the history of the palace.
